Cheese zombies are a classic local school lunch favorite once served in Mnt. Diablo School district, made from bread of some sort and melted cheese. Some schools served cheese zombies that are balls of dough filled with cheese. Patty's Original bread dough is special. It is frankly the best. The texture and the flavor is what sets us apart. Our bread is known for its crusty yet airy texture. It's fluffy goodness.
