Our Zombies

If you haven't had one since your school days, it's about time.  If you never had one, it's about time, If you are in a hurry, it's about time. "We are the Fastest, Freshest Fast Food available."  Zombies are a large bread roll stuffed with ingredients and baked to perfection. Zombie-makers begin by featuring cheeses like American, Monterey Jack, Provolone and Swiss.  Before placing the giant roll into the oven, they pinch the dough together to seal it—no one wants to lose any of the cheese—then top with a brush of melted butter to create a soft, brown crust.
